Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor. he has mostly voiced villainous characters in animation and video games. Best known for his roles as Cleveland Jr. in Family Guy and The Cleveland show, Dr. Fate, John Stewart, and Martian Manhunter in Young Justice, Shredder in the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Viceroy in Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja.
